2003–2007 Polaris Predator 500 OEM Complete Top End Cylinder Head Cylinder Piston Cams Valves

OEM complete top end assembly removed from a 2004 Polaris Predator 500. Includes cylinder head, cylinder, piston, cams, timing chain, rocker cover, cam chain guides, and related components exactly as shown.

This top end has been professionally refreshed with brand new Kibblewhite Black Diamond valves and brand new Kibblewhite Viton valve stem seals.

Valves have been freshly lapped and shimmed to proper specification. See last image for valve seat condition(perfect).

Current valve clearances are written on the cam towers in millimeters for easy reference during installation.

Excellent refurbished used condition.

Cylinder head has been refreshed with brand new Kibblewhite Black Diamond valves and brand new Kibblewhite Viton valve stem seals.

Valves have been freshly lapped and seal properly.

Valve clearances have been freshly shimmed to specification.

Current clearances are marked on the cam towers in mm as shown in photos.

Cylinder bore is clean overall with normal visible crosshatch.

There are minor dents / cosmetic marks below the piston ring travel area in the cylinder bore. These are below ring travel and will not affect compression or operation.

Piston rings measure within specification.

Normal cosmetic wear and marks from regular use and storage.
